Sell on
After securing planning permission, we sell the land on to developers, who will then be responsible for building out the scheme.
Joint Venture
In exceptional circumstances, if the solution works for all parties, we may joint venture with land owners to build out a scheme.

Post Planning Options
Once planning is approved, we either:-
- sell the land to developers who will build out the scheme
- buy the land ourselves and build out the scheme using our expert builders and carefully selected sub-contractors
- in exceptional circumstances, we may agree to joint venture with land owners to build out the scheme
