Planning and Value Realisation

Once planning is approved, the site is ready for sale. Profits are split in line with our comprehensive legal agreements, ensuring you make a significant uplift from the value of your land.

Post Planning Options



Once planning is approved, we either:-

  • sell the land to developers who will build out the scheme
  • buy the land ourselves and build out the scheme using our expert builders and carefully selected sub-contractors
  • in exceptional circumstances, we may agree to joint venture with land owners to build out the scheme
