What does the land acquisition process involve?

At Land Uplifts, our land acquisition process starts with a site visit and evaluation to assess the potential of your site. Once the evaluation is complete, we handle all aspects of securing planning permission by working closely with local councils. After approval, we sell the land at a higher value and share the profits with you. Our goal is to simplify the process and maximise the value of your land.

Our free site visit and evaluation service is designed to help you unlock the potential of your land without any upfront costs. We conduct a thorough evaluation of your site and the surrounding area, assessing development potential. Once we identify the best use for the land, we manage the entire planning permission process at no cost to you, working with local authorities to secure approval.

Once we’ve secured planning permission, we will either sell your land to a developer, build out the project ourselves, or in exceptional circumstances where it benefits all parties, joint venture with you to build out the site.

The time required to secure planning permission can vary depending on the complexity of the project and the local council’s processes. On average, it can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months. At Land Uplifts, we have a team of experts who are familiar with UK planning laws and work to expedite the process as much as possible.

Yes, our service is perfect for clients who have encountered obstacles with their land. Whether you’ve been let down by previous developers or simply don’t know how to proceed, we can step in and provide advice and options.

No, you don’t need to pay anything upfront. We cover the costs of site visits, evaluations and planning permission as part of our service. Once we’ve added value to the land through planning or development, we sell it, delivering a significant value for you. This makes it a low-risk, high-reward opportunity for landowners.
