At Land Uplifts, we’ve successfully completed multiple land development and acquisition projects across the Home Counties. Each project showcases our expertise in transforming underutilised land into high-value developments. From securing planning permission to managing construction, we take pride in delivering exceptional results that maximise land value. Please see the images below for examples of our completed projects.
Project 1
We took a 3-bed semi and gained planning in the side garden, for one large detached house. Due to a change of plans, we then submitted a new application and secured planning permission for two smaller detached houses on the same site. The entire site, with the original house, was sold to a developer we have partnered with on another project.
Project 2
We liaised with neighbours and assembled a couple of parcels of land, applied for planning permission and gained approval for a large 3 bedroom detached dormer bungalow, on a difficult backland, end of cul-de-sac plot.
Project 3
We purchased a site with planning permission and did a joint venture with developers to deliver a pair of 2-bed semi detached houses, during Covid. These properties were successfully sold prior to completion.
